We have asked our local representative to look into the appropriate rent per square metre to be requested and the terms of any agreement.
He suggests "regarding the value of the plots of Land, my advice is to appoint a property surveyor to prepare a report regarding the value for leasing the plots of Land in question to enable us to take an informed decision before submitting our offer / proposal for leasing / exploitation from the other side. If you would like to proceed per my suggestion please let me know to enable me to receive a quotation from a surveyor to carry out the task in question and revert back for confirmation."
Once we have this information then we will seek a majority shareholder vote for whether we should proceed or not with a written offer.
