We have instructed Christakis Loizides M.R.I.C.S to carry our valuation cost for the requested properties valuation  it will be €600 euro plus 19% VAT. This charge being incurred in addition to costs incurred through 2018-2019 that are set out as follows:

Land in Tochni

Natasa Agathocleous Lazarides - Managing and Finance Director of Natavel is in contact with a friend in Tochni who may be able to help us work through planning on our plot.

Solar Farm (3)

Classone (the Solar farm operator and developer) have asked for our written proposals to lease our land on 10-15 year basis for the enlargement of their solar farm.

We have asked our local representative to look into the appropriate rent per square metre to be requested and the terms of any agreement.

He suggests "regarding the value of the plots of Land, my advice is to appoint a property surveyor to prepare a report regarding the value for leasing the plots of Land in question to enable us to take an informed decision before submitting our offer / proposal for leasing / exploitation from the other side. If you would like to proceed per my suggestion please let me know to enable me to receive a quotation from a surveyor to carry out the task in question and revert back for confirmation."

Once we have this information then we will seek a majority shareholder vote for whether we should proceed or not with a written offer.

Solar Farm - Pissouri (2)

Our legal representative in Cyprus has identified and contacted Class One Holdings who are a progressive energy company, with its headquarters located in Limassol.

Classone are responsible for the Photovoltaic Park in Pissouri.

Classone have asked us to provide copies of the deeds to our land plots and these have been provided.

Solar Farm - Pissouri

In mid November we met with Adrian and Steve who are both shareholders in the Pissouri Land following Steve's trip to Cyprus. On the northern side of the highway an electricity company has started to build a solar farm. The land used is adjacent to our plots 567 and 3.



We have been researching this business model and there may be a possibility to sell or lease our land to the electricity firm to extend their solar farm. Our legal representative in Cyprus is investigating and is due to report back before Christmas 2019.

Pissouri Interest

After a number of meetings and communication over the last year we received an email yesterday from Chrisons Real Estate Ltd.    187 Arch. Leontiou A' Ave, Tsacon Court L3 Katholiki, 3020 Limassol, Cyprus. We have asked them to look at two options. 
1. A complete sale of the land in Pissouri to a developer/buyer 
2. The potential purchase of adjoining plots to our land that would our secure main road access and increase overall value.
An adjoining plot holder has expressed an interest to sell and we have asked for further detail on the plot location, value etc.
