Moreover, to enable us to update our files accordingly and to comply with the obligatory rules and regulations of the Cyprus Bar Association and AML Governing Bodies we are attaching the relevant questionnaires and declarations that must be completed, signed and returned to us as soon as possible regarding all companies as stipulated above.

 

All the questionnaires and declarations are straight forward and clear to understand. Please note that all the attachments will have to be completed and signed by each member of the company (i.e. all shareholders, directors and secretary accordingly).

 

Further to the above that will be required from all the Members of the Company we will also be requiring the following from all the Members of the Company:

 

• Recent passport copy
• Recent utility bill dated the last 2 months
• CV including academic qualifications
• Recent bank reference letter

 

Lastly please find attached the necessary consent form to be completed and signed to enable us to comply with the new general data protection regulation (EU GDPR) that came into force on 25^th of May 2018.

 

We kindly ask to complete the above as soon as possible and revert back to you with all the questionnaires / declarations signed along with all requested documentation.

COVID & 2021

A brief update. 8 July 2021

Every planned trip we have had to Cyprus to review the way forward with the land at Pissouri & Tochni in the last 15 months has been cancelled due to COVID restrictions.

As soon as permissions allow we will re-engage with the projects locally.

Discussions will proceed on the following options:

1. Sale of the land 

2. Use of land as solar farms

3. Planning and development of the land

In line with the 2018 GDPR regulations our legal team require investor details as are being requested by Sarah in the office.
